Information you provide:

• Name and email address (at registration)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
• Support messages and contact form submissions

Information collected automatically:

• Analysis history (symbols analyzed, signals generated, timestamps)
• Watchlist contents
• Session data and authentication tokens
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Platform
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (verification, welcome, billing)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the Platform and fix issues
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI — AI analysis (only the market data packet is sent, no personal information)
• Twelve Data — market data provider
• Web hosting provider — server infrastructure

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)
