Neurix Systems ("Neurix", "we", "us", or "our") is a registered business name used by Skilled HR Inc., an Ontario corporation.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Neurix Trade is a software platform that provides AI-assisted market analysis, research, summaries, signals, alerts, educational content, and related tools for financial markets, including stocks, forex, and crypto.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service may include data from third parties, AI-generated outputs, automated summaries, market interpretations, or model-based signals. These outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Neurix does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or fiduciary services through the Service unless expressly stated by us in writing.
Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, guarantee, or offer to buy or sell any security, currency, crypto asset, derivative, or other financial instrument. You remain solely responsible for your own research, decisions, trades, and risk management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are false, abusive, unauthorized, unlawful, or used in violation of these Terms.
Some parts of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan:
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will apply prospectively, not retroactively.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account does not automatically reverse charges already due or paid.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may submit prompts, notes, files, watchlists, preferences, and other content to the Service ("User Content"). You keep your ownership rights in your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, support, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, models, workflows, and site content, is owned by or licensed to Neurix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business use in accordance with your plan and these Terms.
The Service may rely on third-party data sources, AI providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, and external platforms. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, content, delays, outages, or errors.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will always meet your expectations or trading needs.
⚠️ To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, performance, availability, and suitability for any financial decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, trading losses, missed opportunities, or investment losses arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event; or (b) CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, exposed us to legal risk, failed to pay fees, or misused the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute is not resolved informally, the courts of Ontario shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the update means you accept the revised Terms.
