Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Neurix Trade subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page → Manage Plan → Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the period
  • Your analysis history and account data are retained

3. Refund Policy

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our part
  • The Platform was completely unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle
  • You contact us within 7 days of a charge with a valid reason

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after subscription
  • Dissatisfaction with AI analysis results (trading outcomes)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge
  • Partial use of a subscription period

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@neurixsystems.com within 7 days of the charge with:

  • Your account email address
  • The charge date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
