1. General Rule

Except where required by applicable law or where we expressly state otherwise in writing, subscription fees and other charges are non-refundable once billed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless we expressly state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals only. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, and no partial refund will be provided for unused time.

3. Situations Where We May Issue a Refund

At our discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:

  • duplicate billing;
  • an obvious billing error;
  • a charge made after a valid cancellation due to our system error;
  • a verified technical failure that prevented initial access to a paid plan and was caused by us; or
  • another exceptional case where we determine a refund is appropriate.

4. Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • partial use of a billing period;
  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • dissatisfaction with market outcomes, trading outcomes, or investment results;
  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, feature preference, or strategy preference;
  • losses incurred in trading or investing;
  • temporary outages, delays, or minor bugs;
  • inaccuracy or unprofitability of analysis, alerts, or signals; or
  • account suspension or termination caused by your breach of our Terms.

5. Trials and Promotional Offers

If we offer a free trial, discounted trial, or money-back offer, the specific terms shown with that offer will control to the extent they differ from this Refund Policy.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to try to resolve the issue, we may suspend or terminate your account, subject to applicable law.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
